June 2011 Oklahoma Employment Report

State seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stays at 5.3% in June 2011.

Compared to June 2010, state NONFARM EMPLOYMENT grew by 28,300 jobs (+1.8 percent).

In June 2011, seven of Oklahoma’s 11 statewide supersectors reported job gains, with Leisure & Hospitality; Trade, Transportation, & Utilities; and Government leading the way.
